We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced at least 14 days before taking effect via the website or email. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance of the revised Terms.
Upon creating an account, you may receive “The Download” newsletter and partner marketing emails if you have opted in under UK privacy and electronic communications regulations. You may unsubscribe anytime without affecting your access to the Services.

We reserve the right to remove User Content, suspend or terminate accounts, or take other actions we deem appropriate.
You grant AI Apply a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, copy, process, adapt, publish, and display your User Content solely to operate, improve, and promote the Services. You retain all ownership rights outside of this license.
All Content (excluding User Content) belongs to AI Apply or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or rent any Services or Content without prior written consent.
The Services may contain links to third-party sites or services we do not own or control. We do not endorse or take responsibility for their content or practices. Use them at your own risk.
If you believe content infringes your copyright, email us with: (i) your contact details; (ii) identification of the work infringed; (iii) the infringing URL; and (iv) a good-faith statement under penalty of perjury. We will respond as required by applicable law.
AI Apply does not guarantee employment, interviews, or specific results from using the Services.
AI Apply is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or revenue. Direct damages are capped at the greater of (i) £100 or (ii) the amount paid for Paid Services in the 12 months before the claim arose. This does not limit liability for death or injury caused by negligence or fraud.
You agree to indemnify and defend AI Apply and affiliates against claims arising from your use of the Services, User Content, breach of these Terms, or violations of law.
Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, internet outages, cyberattacks, government actions, or pandemics.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. You may delete your account anytime. Sections 7, 10–19, and 21–24 survive termination.
AI Apply may assign these Terms without restriction. You may not assign them without prior written consent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [America]. Courts in [America] have exclusive jurisdiction, except where local law provides otherwise for consumers.
We may modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the Services at any time. If core Paid Service features are significantly reduced, we will provide 30 days’ notice and allow cancellations with prorated refunds.
These Terms, together with incorporated policies, constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
Failure to enforce any provision does not waive future enforcement rights.
